ObituaryNov 2, 1977  OBITUARY: LOWELL – Mrs. Eva (Champagne) (Gagnon) Longval, 82, wife of Alfred E. Longval, died Tuesday, Nov. 1, 1977, at Lowell General Hospital. She was born in Lowell, March 9, 1895, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Euchariste (Marie Louise Leblanc) Champagne.

Mrs. Longval made her home at 98 Avon Street, Lowell, and was a communicant of Ste. Jeanne d’Arc Church. She held membership in the Ste. Jeanne d’Arc Sodality and the Third Order of St. Francis.

Besides her husband, she is survived by three step-daughters, Mrs. Maurice (Lillian) Gagnon of Lowell, Mrs. Ira (Rita) Hammond of Spearfish, South Dakota, and Mrs. Maurice (Therese) Duquette of Dracut; six step-sons, Armand Gagnon and Omer Gagnon, both of Lowell; Edgar Gagnon of Dracut; Gerard Gagnon and Lucien Gagnon, both of Lowell; and Henry Gagnon of North Chelmsford; a brother, Charles Champagne of Providence, R.I.
