| Obituary | Oct 22, 2003 | OBITUARY: Patricia Ann Generess, 66, of Rutland died Oct. 20. 2003, at Dartmouth - Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H. She was born June 25, 1937, in Rutland, the daughter of Newell and Florence (Beaudry) Peryer. She attended Mount St. Joseph Academy. She married Raymond Generess Sr. on July 16, 1955. Mrs. Generess worked as a dietary aide at Eden Park Nursing Home for 30 years, retiring in 2002. She was a member of Christ the King Church. She enjoyed watching professional wrestling and golf on television. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Raymond Generess Jr. and David Generess, both of Rutland; her mother of Rutland; a sister, Elaine Dydo of West Rutland; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Gary Generess in 1990; and her father in 1997. The funeral service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Christ the King Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Aldous Funeral Home in Rutland. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, New England Affiliate, 20 Speen St., Framingham, Mass., 01701 - 4688.
