ObituaryApr 16, 1991  OBITUARY: AUBURN - Helen M. (Cantell) Jones, 87, formerly of 5 Burnett St., died Sunday in Lanessa Extended Care Facility, 751 School St., Webster.

Her husband, Harry D. Jones, died in 1988. She leaves two daughters, Beverly J. Creamer of Leicester and Judith J. Dow of Worcester; a sister, Winifred Lampa of Sturbridge; and four grandchildren.

She was born in Medford, daughter of John and Catherine (Cronin) Cantell, and lived here 60 years before moving to Webster recently.

Mrs. Jones was a self-employed music teacher for many years. She was also a longtime soloist and choir director at several area churches. Mrs. Jones was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Worcester, the American Guild of Organists and the Worcester Festival Chorus.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Caswell-King Funeral Home, 474 Grove St., Worcester. Pastor David Thomas will officiate.

Burial will be in North Cemetery, Sturbridge. Calling hours at the funeral home are 1 to 2 p.m. tomorrow.

The family requests that flowers be omitted. Memorial contributions may be made instead to the Seventh-day Adventist Church, 2 Airport Drive, Worcester, 01602.
