ObituaryFeb 24, 1973  OBITUARY: Mrs. Beadie Lola Shifflett, 80, of Route 2 in Crozet died Saturday morning in a Charlottesville hospital; She was a native of Albemarle County.She is survived by a son, Melvin Shifflett of Crozet, and Six daughters, Mrs. Russell Shifflett, Mrs. Paul Garrison, Mrs. Andy Garrison Jr., Mrs. Hobart Shifflett, Mrs. Frank Staton, all of Crozet and Mrs. Lottie Wingfield of Charlottesville. Other survivors include a brother Arthur Shifflett of Boonesville, a sister, Mrs. Richard Holley of Whitehall, 9 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 P.M. at Mount Moriah United Methodist Church, with burial in the Church Cemetery. Preddy-Teague Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
