ObituaryMar 5, 2009  OBITUARY: Delbert W. Frost, 74, Walpole, N.H., passed away Monday, March 2, at UMass Medical Center. Delbert was born in Woodsville, N.H., March 8, 1934, the son of Bernie and Winifred (Heartz) Frost. He attended schools in Groton.

He worked for Quinn Freight Line in Woodsville and St. Johnsbury Trucking for more than 30 years retiring in 1990. Following retirement he worked for Fall Mt. Ford in Westminster, Fenton Family Dealerships in Keene, N.H., and the Granite State Currier Service for three years. He was a former member of the Elks and the Loyal Order of the Moose. He loved spending time with his family, camping, fishing, hunting, and snowmobiling.

On June 7, 1958, in Lisbon, N.H., he married Shirley (Trevena) who survives him. Also surviving are his children Kenneth Frost and wife Doreen of Charlestown, N.H., John Frost and wife Diane of Walpole, Nina Aldrich and husband Jeffrey of Westmoreland, N.H., Teresa Mattson and husband Rob of West Springfield, Mass., and Patricia Lawlor and companion Steve Smith of Walpole; his sister Lucinda Black and husband Elmer of Westfield, Mass; his grandchildren Ryan Aldrich, Jessica Cobb, Troy Cobb, Tiffany Cobb, Rachael Frost, Michael Lawlor, Meghan Lawlor, Jaden Frost, Samantha Schadler, Tiffany Mattson; and two great-grandchildren.
