ObituaryMar 29, 1933  OBITUARY: Mrs. Harriett C. Saunderson, widow of George W. Saunderson, for many ears head of the Lincoln High School English department, died last night, March 28, 1933, at the Benjamin Franklin Hotel. Mrs. Saunderson was 66 years old, had lived in Seattle thirty years and was prominent in dramatic and art circles. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Ranier Chapter and of the Women’s Federated Clubs.

Four daughters survive: Mrs. Ruth S. Craig, wife of C.H. Craig, assistant secretary to Mayor John F. Dore; Mrs. Laura Bugge, Sequim; Mrs. Dorothy Redfield, Tacoma; and Mrs. Katherine George, St. Paul, Minn.

Funeral arrangements were being made at the Johnson & Hamilton Funeral Parlors.
