Beloved daughter of Stephen and Anne Belida;Loving mother of Ryan Ashe and Stephen Ashe; Loving friend of Erica Smith; Caring sister of Brian (Rose) Belida and Stephen (Gwen Arment) Belida; Loving partner of Doug Ratterree; Dear Aunt of Sharon (Thomas) Thompson, Zach and Sara Belida; Great Aunt of Tyler Austin Thompson; Beloved niece of Gena Sedelnick, and Dorothy (Hilton) Collupy: Survived by many other cousins. Debra was an employee of Tri Health and President of the Women-1/8s Auxiliary where she was honored as the recipient of the Spirit of Women-1/8s Award among many others. Her strength and courage through her 14 year battle with Lymphoma has made a lasting impression on the many lives that she touched.
