| Obituary | Oct 11, 2007 | OBITUARY: Esther (Morris) Skilling of Concord, formerly of Belmont, died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2007. She was the wife of the late Andrew A. Skilling. She was born in Baltimore, Md. in 1918, the youngest of 12 children of John Edward Morris and Lilly Vickers Morris. She graduated from Mt. Auburn Hospital School of Nursing at Cambridge in 1939 and in her capacity as a nurse, she organized the Belmont-Watertown Visiting Nurse Association. She lived in Belmont for more than 55 years, Enosburg Falls, Vt. for seven years and Concord for 13 years and became an active member of each community in which she lived. She was a leader of the Belmont United Methodist Church in many capacities and a longtime member of PEO (Philanthropic and Education Organization). Mrs. Skilling was the mother of David A. Skilling of Marietta, Ga., Wallace Skilling of Taunton and Heather Skilling of Rich-ford, Vt. She is also survived by three grandchildren. A memorial was held at the Trinitarian Congregational Church in Concord, on Oct 13.
