| Obituary | Apr 9, 1999 | OBITUARY: WINCHENDON - Semeon J. "Si" Breton, 87, of 19 Jackson Ave., a retired machinist, died Wednesday in Athol Memorial Hospital after an illness. He leaves his wife of 62 years, Dorothy E. (McQueston) Breton; two sons, Frederick S. Breton of Surry, N.H., and David R. Breton of Keene, N.H; a daughter, Linda D. O'Brien of Ashburnham; a brother, Leon J. Breton of Jacksonville, Fla; a sister, Yvonne J. Buskey of Gardner; nine grandchildren; a great-grandson; nephews and nieces. He was born in Winchendon, son of Nazaire and Marie Louise (Guy) Breton. Mr. Breton was a machinist at Goodspeed Machine Co., retiring in 1987. He previously worked at Baxter D. Whitney Co. He was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. He was also a former member of the Winchendon Rod & Gun Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. tomorrow in Snow-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central St. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
