He leaves his wife of 69 years, Alice M. (Russell) McQueston; two sons, Richard G. Jr. & his wife Gail of West Barnstable, MA & Russell P. & his wife Shirley of Rutland, MA; a daughter, Martha M. Femino & her husband Stephen of Barre; a brother, George McQueston of TX; 18 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; nieces & nephews.
Richard was born in Barton, VT the son of George F. & Ida R. (Dennison) McQueston and has lived in Barre for 68 years. He was a WWII Navy Veteran.
Richard worked for the Chas. G. Allen Co. in Barre as a machinist for many years until he retired.
A private family graveside service will be held in Glen Vally Cemetery in Barre. Donations may be made in memory of Richard to the Barre Library Assoc., PO Box 489, Barre, MA 01005.
