Mr. Leach lived in the Litchfield-Hudson NH area for most of his life. He lived in Sarasota FL for 13 years and lived the last two years in Goffstown.

Mr. Leach was an Army veteran of World War II, serving with the artillery. He worked as a truck driver for Nashua Motor Express for many years before retirement.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Beverly A. (Poligquin) Leach of Goffstown; son Michael H. Leach of Hudson NH; daughters Debra A. Bedard of Weare NH, Lynda T. Hamel of Goffstown, Tracy W. Leach of Nashua, and Ruth A. Jean of Weare; 16 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
