| Obituary | May 25, 2013 | OBITUARY: PINELLAS PARK, Fla./ WINOOSKI, Vt. - Evelyn C. (L'Ecuyer) Yandow, 1919-2013, has gone to her Heavenly Father on May 23, 2013, in St. Petersburg, Fla., in Suncoast Hospice at Bayfront Hospital. She belonged to Fanny Allen Court Catholic Daughters and the Colchester American Legion Auxiliary Unit #91. Evelyn was predeceased by her loving husband, Lawrence J. Yandow, in 1996; daughter, Barbara L. DePaul, in 1985; and daughter, Darlene M. Yandow, in 1951. She was also predeceased by her parents, David and Nellie (Touchette) L'Ecuyer; her siblings, Clayton, Clement, Donald, Alton, Howard, Loretta, Martha, Emma, and Catherine. She leaves behind a daughter & son-in-law, Corrine & Rodney Myers of Winooski, VT & Gulfport, FL; daughter & son-in-law, Laura & Larry Johnson of Pinellas Park, FL & Lancaster, NH. Evelyn had 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; nieces, Barbara Pruschki, Patricia Dever, & Sharon Brigham of Pinellas Park, Paul Toth, Maria Tavalacci, Bonnie Keller, Lillian Derise, Jeannine Storer, as well as several other friends, Sandi Agan, Patricia Fabrisiak and in it five social club members kept Evelyn young at heart! Lavigne's Funeral Home in Winooski, VT was in charge of Evelyn's and her pre-deceased husband's funeral arrangements. A funeral home in New Port Richey aided Lavigne's Funeral Home in getting Evelyn's remains processed for flight to Vermont. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Winooski, on Friday, May 31, 2013, at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Resurrection Park Cemetery in South Burlington.
