ObituarySep 21, 2004  OBITUARY: Mary M. Hall, 86, of Jericho, VT, died in Fletcher Allen Health Care and went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Sunday, Monday, Sept. 20, 2004.

Mary was born in Burlington, VT, on Sept. 25, 1917, the 7th child of 10 children, born to the late David and Nellie (Touchette) L’Ecuyer.

She was married in 1940 to William R. “Chief” Hall Jr., who predeceased her on May 4, 2003.

She enjoyed sewing, knitting, and going to garage sales.

Mary is survived by her loving family; two daughters, Sharon M. Brigham and her husband, Todd, and Deborah A. Brodeur and her husband, Steve; son-in-law, Douglas Crowley; grandchildren, Tom Crowley, Vanessa Crowley, Sandra Thibault and her husband, Norman, Allyson Crowley-Webster and her husband, Francis, Jennifer Brodeur, Rob Prim, and Lisa Prim Jones and her husband, Morris, Michael Brigham, and Paul Larocque and his fiancée Lisa Haggerty; great-grandchildren, Brittany, Brandon, Bryan, Michael, John, Susan, Alex, Melissa, Gary and his girlfriend Hillary, Ryan and Zoie; great-great grandson Logan; two sisters, Emma L’Ecuyer and Evelyn Yandow; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Mary M. Crowley, by a grandson, William “Billy” Crowley; and by seven brothers and sisters.

The Hall family would like to express their sincere thanks to Mary’s good friend and caregiver Mary Kelley, Pat Bailey of the VNA, her primary physician Candace Frasier, and the staff at FAHC for all of the care and kindness .

Funeral services celebrating Mary’s life will be held Saturday, Sept. 25, 2004 (her birthday) at 3 p.m. in the United Christian Assembly, 100 Raceway Road, Jericho. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Visiting Nurse Association, 1110 Prim Road, Colchester, VT 05446. Visiting hours will be Friday, Sept. 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the LaVigne Funeral Home, 132 Main St., Winooski, VT.
