He was born February 9, 1945 in New Milford, CT, the son of Glenn Mosier, Sr. and Pearl Elliott Mosier. He had been employed by Grand Union in Stowe for several years. He is survived by his children, Randy French of Reston, VA; Penny French of Hardwick and Charles Mosier, Jr. of E. Hardwick; his siblings, Rose Lamoureux and Roberta Martin of Enosburg; Barbara Corse of Barre; and Janice Gratton of Huntington and the mother of his children, Randy and Penny, Priscilla French of Morrisville. He was predeceased by his parents; a sister, Sandra Mosier; and a brother, Glenn Mosier, Jr. Services will be announced in the spring. White-Fiess Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
