He was born Sept. 8, 1945, the son of Harry and Annabelle (Pope) Billado, and was raised by his mother and stepfather James Fennessey Sr.
He attended schools in Charlestown and graduated from high school in 1964.
He married Donna Kennett on Sept. 5, 1990.
Mr. Billado was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He was a member of the Polish American Club and American Legion, both in Bellows Falls.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Harry Billado Jr. of Portsmouth, N.H; three daughters, Tracy Maynes of Portsmouth, N.H., Hope Grenier of Charlestown, N.H., and Tia Billado of Bellows Falls; a brother, James Fennessey of Bellows Falls; four sisters, Esther French of North Walpole, N.H., Marguerite Nash of Gageville, N.H., Patricia Rumrill of Rockingham and Lois Dow of White River Junction; and three grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a sister, Dorothy Breed; and two brothers, Wilfred and Maurice Billado.
The funeral service will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at the Fenton & Hennessey Funeral Home in Bellows Falls with the Rev. Kaye Hult officiating.
Calling hours will be held Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made on behalf of Mr. Billado's youngest daughter Tia, in care of the Merchants Bank, 41 Village Square, Bellows Falls, 05101.
