ObituaryMay 25, 1999  OBITUARY: KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, Fla. -- Phyllis Jane (Unwin) Burnett, 70, of Keystone Heights died Monday (5-24-99) in Gainesville following a lengthy illness. She was the sister of Helen Cross of Vernon, Vt.

Born in Saxtons River, Vt., Feb. 21, 1929. She lived in Haddam, Conn., before moving to Keystone Heights in 1989.

Burnett was a homemaker.

She was a member of the Congregational Church.

She was a member of the Keystone Golf and Country Club and a past member of the Rebekahs and the Elkettes of Starke.

Survivors include her husband, Norman A. Burnett; two daughters, Linda Epestein of West Hartford, Conn., and Mary Burke of West Haven, Conn; two brothers, Carl Unwin of Brattleboro, Vt., and Donald Unwin of Rockland, Mass; six other sisters, Eleanor Lyons of Camden, Mass., Bunnie Bombard of Webster, Mass., Anna Rogers of Putney, Vt., Shirley Eddy of Brattleboro, Vt., Catherine Wright of Grafton, Vt., and Constance Gomes of Thompson, Conn; four grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in the DeWitt C. Jones Chapel. Interment will be in Keystone Heights Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to North Central Florida Hospice.

Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
