ObituaryAug 22, 2011  OBITUARY: Raymond Earl "Mike" Bussino of Lakeside, Navajo County, Arizona passed away peacefully August 21, 2011 at his home in Lakeside. He was 84. Mike was born April 11, 1927 in Rutland, Rutland County, Vermont to the late Will and Louise (Raymond) Bussino.

Mike enlisted in the United States Air Force in January of 1951 and served during the Korean Conflict. He was Honorably Discharged from the service in November of 1952. Mike was very proud of his service and enjoyed his many experiences while serving his country.

An avid fisherman he loved the outdoors and the beautiful White Mountains in which he called home. Mike worked for Woolford's Garage in Show Low for 22 years before his retirement. He loved working there and meeting many new faces.

Mike is survived by his loving wife, Madeline Bussino of Lakeside, Arizona; daughter, Mary (Chuck) Szatkowski of Colorado Springs, Colorado; sons, Thomas (Lola Ann) Bussino of Phoenix, Arizona, Robert Bussino of San Diego, California; grandchildren, Michael (Megan) Szatkowski, Lola Rebecca (Eric) Dutcher, Thomas (Makenna) Bussino, Jr., James (Amy) Bussino, Christopher Szatkowski; great-grandchildren, Jessica, Isaac, Kaleb, James, Caleb, Natalie, Moroni, Mayla, Bryget, Jacen, Caera, Tristan; sister, Verna Weed of Vermont as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

A memorial mass will be held 10:00AM Saturday August 27, 2011 at the Saint Mary of the Angel's Catholic Church, 915 S. Penrod Lane, Pinetop, Arizona with Fr. Daniel P. Daley to officiate.

Inurnment will follow in the Angels Rest Columbarium at Saint Mary;s with military honors by the Veterans of the White Mountains. A reception will follow the inurnment at the family's residence.
