Stickney Sr., 71, of East Proctor Road, Center Rutland, who died Tuesday evening, June 20, 1978, at Rutland Hospital after a short illness, will be held Friday, June 23, 1978, at 11 a.m. in Grace Congregational Church. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

He was born in North Ashland, N.H., March 23, 1907.

Mr. Stickney was employed at Gawet Marble and Granite, Inc. until his retirement in 1972.

Surviving are his wife, Mr. Sophie (Orzech) Stickney; a son, Howard A. Stickney Jr., of Center Rutland; two daughters, Miss Bernice A. Stickney of Center Rutland and Mrs. Elroy (Sharon) DeCell of Rutland; a brother, Morgan A. Stickney of Campton, N.H; a granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Clifford Funeral Home Thursday, June 22, 1978, from 2 to4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
