She was born February 11, 1911 in No. Pinnacle, P.Q. the daughter of
Edward and Jane (Chapman) Perrott.

Mrs. Garrow was a resident of Franklin most of her life and a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and the Franklin Senior Citizens

She is survived by two daughters, Janet Magnant of Franklin and Betty-Ann Wright of St. Albans; two brothers, Robert Perrott of Cloucester, Ont. And Peter Perrott of Cowansville, P.Q; two sisters, Edna Derby of So. Hampton, Ont. and Gladys Laroche of Highgate; two grandchildren, Kathy Beaudoin and her husband Greg of Jeffersonville and Debra Swan and her husband Gary of Colchester; three great-grandchildren, Ashley Beaudoin, Garrett and Erik Swan; six step-daughters, Shirley Brightly of Hudson, NY, Antoinette Dragon of East Highgate, Leona Ellis of Fairhaven, Pauline Myott of Enosburg Falls, Betty Wedge of Franklin, and Theresa Langlois of Burlington; many step-grandchildren; step great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Merrill Magnant and her second husband Harland Garrow; six sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning April 16, 1997 at 11 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Franklin with Rev. Bernard Bechard celebrating the Mass of Christian Burial. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Spears Funeral Home on Dickinson Ave. in Enosburg Falls.
