ObituaryJul 6, 2006  OBITUARY: RICHFORD - Inzy P. Garrow, age 78, passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2006, at the Redstone Villa Nursing Home in St. Albans following a long hard fought battle with diabetes.

She was born Sept. 10, 1927, in Richford, the 5th daughter of the late Harry and Pearl (Pearson) Buzzell. On Jan. 26, 1944, Inzy married James Garrow Sr., whom predeceased her on Dec. 16, 2003.

In her younger years she worked as a clerk at Lumbra's Store in Richford. After raising her family she worked for the Frechette family at the Richford Dry Cleaners and Betsy's Speed Wash for several years prior to purchasing them in 1969. In 1973 they sold the Richford Dry Cleaners to their son and his wife, Gordon and Rita and continued to operate Betsy's Speed Wash until 1982.

She enjoyed collecting dolls and teddy bears, reading, traveling around New England and New York with her husband Jim and most of all enjoyed her visits to New Hampshire visiting her sisters. She especially loved visits from her children and grandchildren. She was a member of the Richford United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her children, James Garrow Jr. and his wife, Teddy of Enosburg, Robert Garrow Sr. and his wife, Susan of Berkshire, Shirley Perry and her husband, Gerald of St. Albans, Gordon Garrow and his wife, Rita of Berkshire, Sandra Embury and her husband, Leonard, and Linda Marcy and her husband, Donny, all of Richford; 20 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Janice Marston of Enosburg Falls, sister-in-law, Gyneth Hauter of New Jersey, brother-in-law, Edward Garrow, and sister-in-law, Helen Ashton, both of St. Albans.

Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a granddaughter, Tonya (Garrow) Beaudry; a great-granddaughter, Amy Elizabeth Kane; a brother, Harold Buzzell; and four sisters, Zoa Corliss, Dorothy Buzzell, Olive Bousquet, and Kathleen Stanhope.

Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 11 a.m. at the Richford United Methodist Church with Pastor Heidi Reinker officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery in Richford. There will be no visiting hours.

Inzy's family would like to give a special thank you to the Redstone Villa Nursing Home for the great care their mother received. They would also like to thank AmCare Ambulance Service, Richford Ambulance Service, Northwestern Medical Center, and Dr. Frank Zsoldos for many years of care. Also, Dr. David Groening and so many others for their support and care. They also want to express a deep appreciation to Franklin County Home Health Agency for their many years of care provided while living at home
