She was born December 31, 1896 in West Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of John L. and Martha (Boniene) Graf. She attended schools in Chicago.
After her schooling she worked for the Telephone Company as an operator.
In 1917 in Boston, Mass, she married Franklin W. Doe who died May 10, 1975. After their marriage, they lived in Boston before moving to Bradford where they lived for several years.
Mrs. Doe was a member of the Order of Eastern Star and also a member of the United Methodist Church of Bradford.
She is survived by a son, Franklin W. doe, of Colchester, VT; two daughters, Margeurite Sisco of Troutville, VA and Martha Lynette Doe of Arlington, VA., seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren, also a brother Leonard H. Graf of Elmhurst, IL and a sister Verna Leola Falk of Aurora, IL and one nephew.
