ObituaryApr 28, 2021  OBITUARY: Milton, N.H. - William Stewart Jamieson passed into eternal life on April 23, 2021. Bill was born in Randolph, V.T. on September 3, 1935 to Stewart and Goldie Morse Jamieson.

He graduated from Lisbon High School and the Vermont School of Agriculture in Randolph Center, V.T. In his early adult life, he was a dairy farmer in Barnard, V.T.

In the early 1960's he moved with his family to Concord, N.H. and lived at and managed the N.H. State Prison Farm for many years. He later retired from the State of N.H. as the Superintendent of Prison Industries.

During his time in Concord, he was a dedicated board member of the Salvation Army.

Bill's family and friends enjoyed his sense of humor and love of all animals. He seemed most content at deer camp with his family and friends. He was a friend to all and stranger to none. He will be deeply missed but remembered with joy by all that knew him.

He is survived by his loving wife and caretaker Marianne Jamieson and her sons Lee Pilkousky and wife Christine of Milton and Willy Pilkousky and his wife Jess of Gilmanton N.H. His two daughters, Cindi Murphy, and her husband Bill of Northfield. Dianna Jamieson and her husband Joseph Mendola of Warner. Two sons Steve Jamieson of Salisbury, Randy Jamieson and his wife Lisa of Warner, and their mother, Jocelyn Jamieson of Salisbury. He also leaves his many beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents and two brothers, John Jamieson and Donald Jamieson and a sister Blythe Thomas.

The family will hold a private service in Randolph, V.T. In lieu of flowers please feel free to donate to The Salvation Army or animal rescue of choice.
