Mrs. White was a native of Wise County, Va. She was the daughter of James L. and Matilda A. Lioutza and the widow of Marvin E. White. Mrs. White was retired from the Norfolk Naval Supply Center. She was a member of the Naval Supply Center Retirees Association and the Westminster Chapter, OES. She also belonged to the Borough of Norfolk Chapter D.A.R.

Survivors include two sons, Marvin E. White Jr. of Enola, Pa., and Lawrence R. White and his wife, Bonnie, of Tucson, Ariz; two daughters, Janice Nichols and her husband, James, of Scottsboro, Ala., and Gerry Clodfelter of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Carrie Brenning of Denver, Colo., Audra Naismith of St. Georges, Utah, and Betty Dotson of Helena, Mont; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. Sunday in Kellum Funeral Home, Rosewood Chapel. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Rosewood Memorial Park.
